1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The return is due to a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage during delivery.
  • You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect order placement by the customer, or dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital/downloadable products (e.g., custom graphics, logos, social media designs, templates)
  • Custom-designed items (e.g., personalized business cards, posters, branding materials)
  • Sale or promotional items (discounted products)
  • Gift cards and vouchers

Once a digital product is sent or a custom design is approved, refunds or modifications are not possible. Please review all details before finalizing your order.
