Orders:
1. How do I place an order?
Ordering from Malik Graphics is simple:
- Browse through our collection and select your desired designs.
- Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping details and confirm payment.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number (if applicable) via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your package’s status.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
4. What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
In case of an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear images of the product. We will guide you through the return/exchange process.

1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship all over Pakistan and Azad Kashmir with the following options:

2. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan and Azad Kashmir. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. What is your return/exchange policy?
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- We accept returns/exchanges only for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.
4. How do I request a return or exchange?
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order details.
- Provide clear photos of the issue (if applicable).
- Our team will review and guide you on the next steps.
5. Who covers the return shipping cost?
- If the return/exchange is due to an error on our end (wrong or damaged product), we cover the return cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping fee.

2. Is my payment secure?
Yes, we ensure secure transactions using trusted payment gateways. Your payment details remain confidential and are not shared with third parties.
3. Do you offer installment plans?
Currently, we do not offer installment plans. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
